Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Neora, www.neora-store.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature
  • The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that were unsealed after delivery

This withdrawal policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
