Refund policy

At Neora, we are committed to delivering innovative and stylish products for your home, without compromising on design or quality. We understand that a product may sometimes not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and efficient as possible.

We have a withdrawal period of 14 days, which means you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your product.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all parts and accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Would you like to request a return shipment? Then contact our customer service via support@neora-store.com and include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Shipping costs for return shipment

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered (for example in color or size), we will send a replacement item free of charge.
If this replacement item is damaged or incorrectly delivered again, we will fully cover the return costs.

Please note that any delays at customs are beyond our control and do not constitute a valid reason for a return.

Please note: we do not provide return labels. Do not send the product back without contacting our team first.
All returns must be sent with track & trace. Without a tracking code, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.

Refund process

As soon as we receive and inspect your return shipment, you will receive a notification from us about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your return shipment is approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 14 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days before the amount is credited to your account.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size, model, or color? Please indicate this when requesting the return shipment. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide you with instructions for the return shipment and ensure a replacement product or refund.

Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after purchase. Please contact our customer service for this.
