Standard shipping is free; at checkout you can choose insured shipping for an additional fee. We process and ship your order within 1 to 4 business days after receipt of your payment. The standard delivery time is then 10 to 12 business days, so in total usually 11 to 16 business days from your order (weekends and public holidays not included). We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. In addition, you can return unused items up to 30 days after receipt through our return guarantee. The return costs are at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged, does not match the description or the order, or if we sent you a different item. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the order.
